      1. Services

Symmetrical Auto Works LLC provides mobile automotive maintenance, repair, diagnostic, and aftermarket installation services. Services are performed at customer-designated locations within our service area, provided the location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested work. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable.

      2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer inquiry. Vehicle repairs may reveal additional issues not visible during an initial inspection. If additional repairs or parts are required, customers will be notified and approval will be obtained before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible. Final invoices may differ from initial estimates due to unforeseen conditions, additional labor requirements, or changes requested by the customer.

      3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information.

• Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service location.

• Providing a safe and legal work area.

• Securing pets and maintaining a safe environment during service.

• Removing personal belongings that may interfere with repairs.

Failure to provide suitable working conditions may result in service delays, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.

      4. Parts and Materials

Customers may choose to have parts supplied by Symmetrical Auto Works LLC or provide their own parts, subject to approval. Symmetrical Auto Works LLC cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, performance, or warranty of customer-supplied parts and assumes no responsibility for failures related to such parts. Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied parts are incorrect, defective, damaged, incomplete, or incompatible with the vehicle.

      5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, electronic payment, or checks. Failure to make payment may result in additional collection efforts and any applicable fees permitted by law.

      6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Symmetrical Auto Works LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled without reasonable notice or when technicians arrive and are unable to perform scheduled work due to customer-related circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

      7. Warranty

Any warranty offered by Symmetrical Auto Works LLC applies only to services and parts specifically identified as covered.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Customer-supplied parts.

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, racing, competition use, or improper vehicle operation.

• Related components that fail independently of the serviced repair.

• Subsequent repairs performed by third parties.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly after discovery of the issue.

      8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to perform services professionally and safely, Symmetrical Auto Works LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law. Customers acknowledge that vehicle repairs involve mechanical systems that may have existing wear, damage, corrosion, modifications, or prior repairs that cannot always be identified before service begins.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified at any time without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, service descriptions, or availability information is complete, current, or error-free.

      10. Service Area

Services are available within designated service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Symmetrical Auto Works LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective upon publication.
